Who we are and how to contact us
Last updated: 16 June 2026.
This privacy policy explains how we handle personal data collected through performer.icu, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, "GDPR").
The data controller responsible for your personal data is [Operator legal name], registered at [registered address], [EU member state], company registration number [registration number], VAT number [VAT number]. We operate within the European Union.
For any privacy-related request, you can reach us at developers@performer.icu.
We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer, as we are not legally required to do so. Privacy enquiries are handled through the contact address above.
What personal data we collect
Contact form data: when you use our contact form, we collect the information you submit — your name, company name (optional), email address, the module you are interested in, and the content of your message.
Technical data: when you visit the site, our hosting provider automatically records technical information in server logs, such as your IP address, browser type and version, the pages requested, and the date and time of access.
We do not knowingly collect special categories of data (such as health, political, or biometric data), and our services are not directed at children.
Why we use your data and our legal basis
To respond to your enquiry and discuss our services: we process your contact form data to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, where relevant, on the basis of our legitimate interest in communicating with prospective and existing customers (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
To keep the site secure and prevent abuse: we process server log data and use a security cookie on the basis of our legitimate interest in protecting the site against fraud, spam, and unauthorised access (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
To comply with the law: where we are subject to a legal obligation (for example, responding to lawful requests from authorities), we process data on the basis of Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
Whether you have to provide your data
Providing your data is voluntary. However, we need at least your name, email address, and a message to be able to reply to a contact request. If you do not provide them, we cannot respond to your enquiry. All other fields are optional.
Cookies
We use a single strictly necessary cookie: a session cookie that keeps your session secure and protects the contact form against cross-site request forgery and spam. This cookie is essential for the site to function and does not require consent.
We do not use analytics, advertising, profiling, or third-party tracking cookies.
Who we share your data with
Hosting and email provider: the site, server logs, and contact form messages are hosted and delivered through IONOS, which acts as our data processor under a data processing agreement and only processes data on our instructions.
We do not sell your personal data or share it for marketing purposes. We may disclose data only where required to comply with the law or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Where your data is stored and international transfers
Your personal data is stored and processed on servers located within the European Union / European Economic Area (EEA).
We do not transfer your personal data outside the EEA. If this ever changes, we will only do so where an appropriate safeguard under the GDPR is in place, such as an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep your data
Contact form messages: we keep them only as long as necessary to handle your request and any follow-up, and for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless a business relationship requires longer or you ask us to delete them sooner.
Server logs: these are retained for a short period for security and troubleshooting, typically no longer than 12 months, in line with our hosting provider's practices.
Your rights under the GDPR
You have the right to: access your personal data; have inaccurate data rectified; have your data erased; restrict processing; data portability; and object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interests.
Where processing is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
You are not subject to any decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
To exercise any of these rights, email developers@performer.icu. We will respond within one month, which may be extended by up to two further months for complex requests. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
Your right to complain
If you believe we have not handled your personal data lawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the EU member state of your habitual residence, place of work, or where the alleged infringement took place.
Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The current version, with its "last updated" date, is always published on this page.
